In Natra's project, our challenge has been focused on finding a key Technical Profile for production.
Natra, a leading company in the production of chocolates and cocoa products for international brands and distributors, needed to incorporate an Electromechanical Technician to strengthen its maintenance team.
The professional candidate should be in charge of:
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and pneumatic breakdowns.
- Ensure the correct operation of production equipment and auxiliary systems.
Given the complexity of the industrial environment, it was essential to find a profile with solid experience in electromechanical maintenance and ability to respond quickly to incidents.
